"I want to thank Kari Buttice for taking care of my issue with such professionalism and expediency. I was extremely frustrated with my situation. It wasn't a State Farm issue at all. My daughter's car was towed by mistake by her apartment complex and the tow lot wouldn't release the car because her name wasn't on the title. Kari was able to help get my problemed resolved extremely quickly and calmed me down at the same time. This saved me from flying down to Texas to get the car released in person. "I've been with state farm for a fews years. Charle the agent at the time really understood my needs and gave me the most incredible state farm experience. When he left I honestly thought I'd have to switch companies. I didn't expect to find someone who also could meet such a high standard he had set. That's when I met Kari. Kari is absolutely amazing! 5 stars is clearly not enough. I have adhd so I have so many random things going on in a 5 minute conversation. Kari really listens to what her customer needs are. If a question should come up she may not be to sure about don't worry she has you covered! The follow up is ALWAYS timely. She really does show what outstanding customer service is.
